We are a group of unpaid volunteers of wide and varied experience from all walks of life, but all with one aim: to give help whenever we can to those in most need. We are ably led by the award-winning Lorraine, who has nearly 10 years experience of in supporting those without homes and those in need in the local area.

We are a charity organisation set up for the public benefit, providing relief and assistance to people facing homelessness and financial hardship in The London Borough of Newham and adjacent boroughs.

We provide essential items such as food, hygiene kits, clothing, and more to those in need.
Advice and Guidance
Our knowledgeable volunteers offer advice and guidance to help individuals navigate through the challenges of homelessness. New volunteers always welcome.
Support for Families
We pay special attention to families in need, offering support and resources to help them with food and household items.

Lola's Homeless Ladder is dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. We provide essential items, advice, and support to those in need, including those in insecure accommodation and facing financial hardship. We do not offer accommodation.
